Burlington FC PERFORMANCE ACADEMY

The BFC Performance Academy is an optional program for BFC players who want more technical work in addition to their team trainings. Specialized coaching will focus on ball mastery, finishing, goalkeeping, speed and agility, among other skill development.

BALL MASTERY FOR U10-U12 GIRLS & BOYS
  • Led by BFC Staff
A celebration of on-ball creativity, P.A. Ball Mastery will build technical proficiency in every player.

STRIKER FINISHING FOR U14-U19 GIRLS & BOYS
  • Led by Brad Agoos
​Strikers will work on the art of finishing—improving first touch, and learning a variety of ways to put the ball in the back of the net.

SPRINTICITY SPEED & MOVEMENT FOR U10-U16 GIRLS & BOYS
  • Led by Kevin Chu
On average, 2% of a soccer match is spent with the ball at your feet. The other 98% of the time is spent being an athlete. Sprinticity provides a holistic approach to athletic development. Participants will improve their speed, strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination.
